The
Primary Bag
Programme Outline - Distribution
- Deadlines
- Pricing & Ordering
Launched
in February 1993, The Primary Bag
is FiM's longest-running and best-known schools sampling bag.
Distributed each September to registered primary schools, to date,
over 1,000,000 children have
been welcomed to their new schools with The Primary Bag.
PROGRAMME
OUTLINE
The
Primary Bag
is a smart compilation of product samples, branded premium items
and special offers targeted at 5-6 year
old children and their parents. Bags are distributed
to children by their teachers at the end of the school day, as
their parents come to collect them.
As
with all FiM bags, Primary Bags are completely FREE to schools,
children and parents. Only
schools that have registered with us will receive the bags, ensuring
that your message hits its target accurately, and with no waste.
Previous
Primary Bag participants have included:
W. Jordan, Quaker, Henkel, Crayola, Cereal
Partners, SmithKline Beecham, London Zoo and the National Association
for Primary Education (NAPE).
All
products and insertions included in The Primary Bag must fulfil
our ethical marketing
criteria. This guarantees positive and valuable content
for the children, and maintains the enthusiasm of parents, teachers
and schools for the programme. It also sends a strong message about
your brand to both parents and children: If
you are in the bag, you are right for children!
DISTRIBUTION
200,000
bags are distributed in September to registered schools across
England, Wales and Scotland.
Consignments
are delivered by road to a named teacher with a POD (proof of
delivery) system.
